I love Tria and can’t believe I hadn’t written a blog entry for this place until now! This is one my favorite wine bars and the food is delicious! My friend and I ordered an array of dishes to go with my rosee.
We started off with a lovely cheese board. I couldn’t pick a favorite. They were all so good. Especially with the salumi and bread.
This was so amazing! Nothing is more of a match made in heaven then lavender and honey. I really liked the punchiness of the herbed ricotta on the soft canvas of the lavender and honey combo.
The gorgonzola of this dish really stood out. This dish was a treat for the tastebuds and the nostrils.
As much as I loved the lavender honey bruschetta, this bruschetta was my favorite. The fontina cheese was the perfect mild cheese for the delicious truffled mushrooms.
I got the Claudio Mozzarella Sandwich with Crispy Prosciutto, Piquillo Peppers, Pesto and Garlic Vinaigrette. The bread was crispy and the prosciutto was wonderfully flavorful.
