In N Out
11 Rollins Rd.
So Joe and I could not leave California without eating In N Out. It’s like a rite of passage, if you visit California, you need to experience the goodness that is In N Out. It is a Christian family owned business. You’ll find random bible verses hidden on the wrappers or the bottom of the cups. I also noticed that every time they announce order numbers, they shout “Please” at the end of each order. Very polite.
The double double has 2 meat patties, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bread with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles with the animal sauce. Animal sauce is a jazzed up version of Thousand Island dressing. And you have to get caramelized onions! this burger is not complete without it. this is fast food at its best!
I like my french fries animal style which means that it comes with cheese and that special Thousand Islands dressing. Joe likes his french fries extra well done which means that it’s extra crunchy (and took extra long to come out).
