The Venetian
This is a relatively new addition to the Venetian. It’s a gastro-pub meaning they serve classy versions of pub food. It definitely had a pub feel to the place, the dim lighting, dark colored furniture.

Once we were seated, we were told we had over 200 beers to choose from. Joe and I poured over the menu and we each came up with our selections.Our server was very knowledgeable about the different drinks and helped us form our choices.

My pear cider was marvelous! It was sparkly and not too sweet.

short ribs
The Deschutes black butte porter is braised. The short ribs were juicy and tender as promised. The sauce was very rich. It is served with butternut squash and crispy onion rings.
Pub burger
The all natural grass-fed burger had a Guinness aioli sauce which was great because it had a mayo like texture and not a strong Guinness flavor. The burger was great especially the sweet bacon marmalade and gruyere cheese.
