Although the foodtruck scene here is a bit sparse compared to Philly (where you can call trucks ahead of time and your order is ready when you arrive), this truck totally trumped my expectations. I had been looking forward to this for quite some time but was hard to make the time because the location and hours are posted via Twitter when they’re in transit.

Amazing tacos here! The ingredient combinations are just as creative as their names! There’s a korean bbq taco called the Seoul Man.
I was amazed at how quickly the line grew, luckily I got there early so I didn’t have to wait long. I asked the person in front of me (who was a regular) for a recommendation and he suggested the carnita taco aka carnital knowledge. oooooooooo

the taco was hot and fresh veggies! corn tortillas! my pork was cooked well with excellent spices and the sauce was to die for. Just the scent of the cilantro + onion + marinade made my mouth water!
